download any kind of apple store paid applications.than go to the www.apptrackr.org and download what ever u want...after downloading go to the itunes and than go to the apps .after doing this select ur application which u downloaded and paste in the apps...simple than sync ur device .in the end app will b in ur iphone.....see link below
